Ingredients and Directions
Directions
In a bowl combine the eggs, green onion, carrot, green cabbage, salt and pepper. Gently massage the ingredients together with your hands and set aside.
Spread ½ Tbsp butter on one side of both bread slices and put them in the toaster for a few minutes. If you don’t have a toaster, you can use a pan on medium-low heat with the butter side down first, then flip over when both sides are browned.
Put the American cheese slice on the bread as soon as it’s done so it can melt slightly. Set aside.
Add 1 Tbsp butter to a pan on medium-low heat, then add the egg mixture. Form a square shape, the same size as the bread.
Flip over when the bottom of the mixture is lightly browned and continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes or until cooked through.
Place on top of the toasted bread and cheese.
Add ketchup, kewpie mayo and tabasco.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Cut in half and enjoy!

To ensure food safety, eggs should be cooked until both the yolk and the white are firm. Consuming raw or undercooked eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially for those with certain medical conditions. For recipes that call for eggs that are raw or undercooked when the dish is served, use either pasteurized shell eggs that have been treated to destroy Salmonella, or use pasteurized egg products.
