  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium high heat and lightly coat with butter or oil of choice

  2. Spread out 2 piles of feta, about 2-3 Tbsp per pile

  3. Place one cracked egg onto each area of feta

  4. Cover with a lid and cook to your liking

  5. Heat up tortillas of choice and place your cooked eggs on top

  6. Finish with desired toppings.

  • Toppings of choice such as avocado, jalapeños, hot sauce and more
